The standard styles listed below are made with creasing and sloting machines which allow the material to shaped into the finished box without any extra tooling

RSC BOX (Regular Slotted Container Box)

The Regular Slotted Container (RSC) is the most common box style used for shipping and storage. The two outer flaps of an RSC box meet at the center of the box when folded and are usally closed using tape, or staples. Where the product requires additional protection over the top or bottom, corrugated pads can be placed between the inside flaps.

HSC BOX (Half Slotted Container Box)

A variation of the RSC, the Half Slotted Carton has only one set of flaps. The opposite side of the box is completely open, allowing it to slide over an item. Envision the use of the box turned over so that the flaps are on the top. The covered item is usually attached to a pallet or other type of surface that serves as a separate bottom.

FOL BOX (Full Overlap Box)

With a Full Overlap Slotted Carton, all “length” flaps are also equal to the width of the box. The flaps actually fold over one another to provide added strength and protection to the top and bottom.

FPF BOX (Five Panel Folder Box)

This box is made from one piece of corrugated board with five panels. When assembled, the multi-layered corrugated carton’s ends make it an excellent container for the shipment of long items of small diameter. The FPF design offers extra support to prevent shipped merchandise from piercing through the ends.

FTD BOX (Full Telescope Design Box)

Two-piece box with a separate lid that fits over a bottom Base Container
